NOTE: A plant tour typically takes 1 to
1-1/2 hours. During this entire time, you are either walking
or standing. During some portions of the tour, you are moving
through congested areas. If the tour takes place during production
hours, you may encounter a high level of noise in some work
areas. Also, depending on the time of year, it may be hot
in the plants. Restrooms are not available during the tour.
If any of these conditions would cause you difficulty, you
may wish to reconsider taking the plant tour. No factory tour
appointments are neccessary.
In order to keep the plant tour safe
and enjoyable for everyone,
we ask that you observe the following rules:
- You must sign a Plant Tour Release Form prior to taking
the tour. Each adult must sign individually and a responsible
adult must sign on behalf of any children.
- Cameras and video cameras are not allowed in the plant
during the tour.
- Smoking is not permitted at any time during the tour.
This includes employee designated smoking areas and areas
between the plants.
- Alcoholic beverages and food are not permitted in the
facilities.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Children under age two (2) may not take part in the plant
tour.
- Baby strollers are not permitted.
- Each child under the age of six (6) must be accompanied
by an adult; i.e., one adult for each child under age six
(6).
- All tour participants, including children, must wear protective
eyewear. Safety glasses are furnished and we have a supply
of small-frame glasses for children.
- We highly recommend that you do not wear sandals or open-toed
shoes into the plant.
- Please stay with your group at all times and follow the
directions of your tour leader.
- Watch carefully for forklifts, golf carts, bicycles and
production employees who may be moving materials.
- If you need to leave your group for any reason, please
inform your tour leader and he or she will make arrangements
to have you escorted out of the plant. DO NOT attempt to
walk out of the plant on your own.
- Please do not enter a motorhome, travel trailer or fifth
wheel without permission of the tour leader.
- Our production employees are very busy. While they want
to do their best to be courteous and helpful, for the sake
of efficiency as well as safety, we ask that you direct
your questions to the tour leader.
- If you use a wheelchair, a walker, or other assisted walking
device, or have any other special physical challenges or
needs, we will do our best to accommodate you. However,
in order that we may do so, Monaco requests that you make
arrangements in advance. Otherwise, it may not be possible
to take the tour when you wish to do so.
Monaco RV, LLC reserves the right to refuse to
provide a tour to an individual at its discretion. Your cooperation
is greatly appreciated. Have a great tour!
